At 1Player, we aim to provide the best possible user experience. Please review our refund policy below.
1. Digital Products
- All purchases in 1Player are for digital goods (in-app features and subscriptions).
- Since these are delivered instantly, refunds are generally not provided once a
purchase is completed.
2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- You were charged multiple times due to a technical error.
- You did not receive the purchased feature or subscription after successful payment.
- The app malfunctioned in a way that prevented you from accessing your purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
- If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of
purchase. - For payments processed via Google Play, you may also request refunds directly
through the Google Play refund system.
4. Final Decision
- Refund requests will be reviewed individually.
- 1Player reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.
