1. Digital Products

  • All purchases in 1Player are for digital goods (in-app features and subscriptions).
  • Since these are delivered instantly, refunds are generally not provided once a
    purchase is completed.

2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following cases:

  • You were charged multiple times due to a technical error.
  • You did not receive the purchased feature or subscription after successful payment.
  • The app malfunctioned in a way that prevented you from accessing your purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of
    purchase.
  •  For payments processed via Google Play, you may also request refunds directly
    through the Google Play refund system.

4. Final Decision

  • Refund requests will be reviewed individually.
  • 1Player reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests at its sole discretion.
